Like The Flower Of Grass
What is man but a flower of the grass ?
Is today and on the morrow he will pass
Why does he boast then, why does he pride
As if he's permanent and forever will abide?
In the hand of almighty God is our lifeline
He cuts one but leaves another in His wisdom divine
And it is our whole duty to please Him
And to yield to His wish and will supreme
For to please God were we created
And in obeying Him alone that we'll be sated!!
